Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) Division 1 Sports Physical Therapy Fellowship Support

The purpose of this project is to advance musculoskeletal injury research at West Point through studies conducted by fellows of the Baylor University – Keller Army Community Hospital Division 1 Sports Physical Therapy Fellowship. The work examines running gait retraining, return to sport after shoulder and ACL surgery, deadlift training load and injury risk, and how beliefs, sleep, and self-efficacy relate to spine injury. The goal is to improve injury prevention, rehabilitation, and readiness in cadets, athletes, and military trainees.
