Measuring Muscle Activity of Service Members with a Wearable Clothing Surface Electromyography Performance System after Musculoskeletal Injury

The primary objective of this proposed demonstration project is to determine the accuracy of a wearable surface EMG system that uses textile clothing sensors to detect muscle activation and determine its utility in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries in MHS Physical Therapy clinics.
