Losartan to Improve Outcomes after multi-ligament kNee injury (LION Trial)

The objective of this randomized clinical trial is to determine whether a 30-day postoperative course of oral losartan will improve a person’s ability to return to duty or sport, improve range of motion, and lessen pain and inflammation after multi ligament knee injury.
