Defining the Impact of Low Testosterone in Active-Duty Military Men: A Combined Retrospective and Prospective Cohort Study

The goal of this project is to define the prevalence and distribution of low testosterone among active-duty men ages 18–45 and establish military-specific reference ranges, while evaluating how modifiable factors—including sleep quality, physical activity, body composition, and metabolic health—influence hormonal profiles, physical performance, recovery, and military readiness.
