Low-Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Rapid Diagnose Knee Injuries in Military Cadets: A Pilot Study

The goal of this project is to evaluate whether portable, AI-enhanced low-field MRI can accurately identify ligamentous and meniscal knee injuries in military cadets compared with standard high-field MRI, while also assessing its impact on time to diagnosis, provider confidence, clinical decision-making, workflow feasibility, imaging costs, and return-to-duty timelines.
